Through the contact form: name, email address, organisation (optional), project type, budget and timeline (optional) and your message.

Through the booking calendar embedded on the Contact page: the details you enter when booking (name, email address and any answers). This calendar is provided by Calendly, which processes them under its own privacy policy and may set the cookies it needs to work.

This website does not use analytics cookies or advertising trackers.

Your data is only used to reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Enquiries that don't lead to a project are deleted after 12 months at most.

Your data is never sold or shared. It may pass through our email delivery provider, bound by a data processing agreement.

You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your data by writing to hello@mazy9.studio. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (dataprotectionauthority.be).
